Timothy J. Rooney
president of Yonkers Raceway since 1972 when Rooney
family purchased Westchester County harness track. Since then, the
third son of Pittsburgh Steelers founding father, Arthur J. Rooney,
Sr.
made Raceway one of Countys premier entertainment facilities.
